Overview

By accessing Chess Puzzles: Tactics Trainer, you consent to these terms. The app provides chess puzzle training through millions of puzzles with ELO ratings, progress tracking, and Stockfish analysis.

Account & Data

The app uses anonymous authentication and does not require personal information. Your progress syncs across devices and servers, though data may be lost if the app is deleted. You are responsible for your device’s security.

Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You may solve puzzles and share achievements. The following are prohibited:

Automated cheating tools
Hacking attempts
Illegal activity
Reverse engineering

Service Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without guarantees regarding uptime, chess improvement, or data preservation. Liability excludes indirect damages and device-related issues.

Subscriptions & Billing

Optional auto-renewing plans charge your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off in your account settings. You manage subscriptions through your Apple ID; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple handles all refunds per its policies.

Third-Party Services

The app integrates Firebase, Amplitude, and Stockfish, each governed by their respective terms.
